About Haven 34 & Co.
Haven 34 & Co began during one of the hardest seasons of my life. In 2024, I lost my husband, Danny, to a rare bile duct cancer. After twenty years together, the grief that followed felt like starting over from the ground up. Nothing looked the same. Nothing felt familiar. Even my own home felt like a place I no longer recognized.
In the months that followed, I found myself drawn to quiet routines. I rearranged small corners of rooms, chose colors that felt calming, and found comfort in simple textures, scents, and daily rituals. These moments softened the heaviness I carried. I did not realize it at the time, but I was slowly creating a new version of home for myself and for my son. I was learning how to rebuild a life that felt steady again.
What began as survival slowly turned into creativity.
What began in pain slowly grew into purpose.

The number 34 was Danny’s baseball number, and over time it became something that carried meaning far beyond the game. His players knew him by it, and it became a quiet symbol of the way he showed up for others with strength, kindness, and guidance. For us, 34 represents who he was and the impact he left behind.
It is a way to keep him close as I create something new. Haven 34 honors his legacy while giving me a space to move forward with purpose and hope. It is both a tribute and a beginning.
